Senior Producer - Publishers Clearing House (January 2015 - Present)

Creative lead for search engine and news websites. Product owner and UX designer for news app on iOS and Android. Researches business and marketing needs and translates them into functional deliverables. Partners with internal UI developers, backend architects, and QA resources to enhance, implement and troubleshoot new site features. Coordinates app development cycles with remote vendors. Site updates have increased revenue by 14% compared to the prior year. The PCH Frontpage app was released on November 2015 and currently has 14,000 daily active users.


Senior Art Director - Publishers Clearing House (January 2014 - December 2014)

Creative lead for a newly acquired design team. Managed the development of mobile web games, a desktop gaming site, daily email marketing deployments, and app promotional campaigns. Combined efforts increased revenue on both mobile (74%) and desktop (12%) compared to 2013. Implemented email enhancements that resulted in increased open rate by 52% and unique clicks by 57%.


Senior Production Manager - Publishers Clearing House (April 2007 - December 2013)

Directed production for an eCommerce program that grew in revenue by approximately 10% per year; culminating in over $50MM revenue for 2013. Adjusted workflow processes to expand the volume of yearly email deployments from 400 to more than 700 campaigns. Supervised and mentored a team of web designers, copywriters, and production artists. Resolved HTML, CSS, and JS coding issues.


Senior Network Engineer - Broadview Networks (June 1997 - July 2003)

Provided network management and development for a single-site startup that grew to become a 1000+ user, multi-site domain. Designed, budgeted and supervised new datacenter installations. Established billing systems connectivity with Verizon and AT&T. Provided Cisco software and hardware support for routers and firewalls. Administration of Windows and UNIX servers.
